1 cup Greek-style yogurt use plain or a non-dairy version if desired 1/2 cup cucumber finely diced 1/4 sweet onion 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar gluten free 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Add the yogurt, cucumber, onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, and dill to a bowl. ingredients to a bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients together.
Taste, and add salt and pepper if desired (about 1/4 teaspoon of each).
