1/2 cup kale or spinach you can use the leaves and stems 1 teaspoon matcha powder 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen 1 large banana 1 large orange peeled 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 1.5 cup ice 3 cups water or unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop protein powder optional
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
