This Almond Flour Pie Crust is a simple, quick, and gluten free pie crust that is ready in about 15 minutes. An easy homemade pie dough with almond flour perfect for sweet pies or savory quiches. Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix almond flour and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  • In a pie dish, press the dough into the the bottom the dish, and around the sides of the dish, with your fingers.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden browned, remove from oven. If adding filling, fill the crust and bake again for the filling.
