This Mint Tzatziki Without Dill Recipe is a great dip or spread, can be made vegan and gluten free for pitas, shawarmas, or a dip. This blender tzatziki sauce is ready in 5 minutes and is made with simple and fresh ingredients.  No dill needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt use dairy free for vegan version
  • 1 cup cucumber chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Prep your cucumbers - peel if desired, halve lengthwise and scoop out any seeds. Chop the cucumber and set aside.
  • Combine yogurt sauce with fresh cucumber and the chopped mint. Add a little fresh pepper to garnish and enjoy with pita chips, fresh vegetables, bell peppers, or serve on a Mediterranean salad!
  • Store leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
