This Velveeta Queso without Rotel is made with creamy melty Velveeta cheese, tomatoes, peppers, spices, black beans, and green onions! It's a loaded party dip that is ready in about 10 minutes, and is a 100% crowd pleasing appetizer dip!
1-13.5-ounceblack beansno salt added, drained and rinsed

2green onionssliced, save extra for garnish
Instructions
In a pot, heat the olive oil over low heat. Add the onion and sauté for 6 to 7 minutes until onion becomes translucent. Add salsa, Velveeta, tomatoes, black beans, and the rest of the spices to the pot.
Stir well until Velveeta is melted and the queso dip is thick and creamy.
Garnish with extra green onion. Serve with tortilla chips, bread, veggie sticks, or soft pretzels. Enjoy!
