This sumo orange salad recipe is sweet, crisp, refreshing, and the perfect salad to make when sumo oranges are in season! Ready in 10 minutes, this side salad couldn't be simpler to make, and has a wonderfully easy quick vinaigrette.
Peel your sumo oranges. Divide each segment, and slice into 2-3 bite-sized pieces each.
In a large salad bowl, place the greens in the bowl, with the orange segments on top.
Sprinkle on the dried cranberries and nuts.
In a mixing bowl or mason jar, add all the dressing ingredients together. Mix well to combine and pour the dressing over the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Additions and SubstitutionsIf you want to make this recipe even quicker, you can use store-bought dressing. Look for a vinaigrette that has orange or lemon for a consistent flavor.You can use any dried fruit in this salad as well if you don't have dried cranberries.
