Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon juiced about 1 teaspoon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add the ricotta, honey, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine. For a super creamy texture, blend for 30 seconds, and transfer back to the bowl.
