  • Belgian Waffle Maker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix all waffle batter ingredients together in a large batter bowl.
  • When your Belgian Waffle maker is ready, scoop the approved amount of batter into the maker, and close the lid carefully. Your waffle maker instructions should say exactly how much batter to use.
  • Once waffle has finished cooking, place it on a sheet pan in the oven to keep it warm. Repeat steps until the batter is gone.
  • Serve waffles with powdered sugar, berry compote, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of maple syrup.  Rise & SHINE!
