This vegan boom boom sauce is the perfect addition to homemade sushi, crispy Asian rice bowls, or a flavorful dip for fries or potatoes. This sauce will add loads of flavor to to any dish - a thick and creamy dairy free sauce that has sriracha, lime juice, spices, and a little natural sweetness.
Note: I made this sauce out of this great silken tofu - BUT I realize tofu isn't everyone's jam... so you can substitute the same amount of mayo instead if you don't like tofu. But give it a try! It's low in fat, low in calories, and high in protein... and tastes amazing with the rest of the flavors of this dish.
