These Peanut M&M Brownies are an easy pantry staple dessert and easy to make with the family! Peanuts and M&Ms make these fun to make AND to eat - a fantastic sweet and salty dessert combo.
1/2cupall-purpose flourcan use almond flour or gluten free baking mix
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonSea Salt
1/2cupM&Ms
1/2cuppeanutsslightly salted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and grease a 8x8 glass baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and whisk well to combine.
Add the cacao powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and half of the M&Ms and half of the peanuts into the batter. Mix well and stir until the batter is smooth. Add the batter to the baking dish and top with the remaining M&Ms and peanuts.
Bake for 30 to 38 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your brownies).
Remove and allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
