Kale Tzatziki Without Cucumber

Ingredients

plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
use dairy free for vegan version

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoons
red wine vinegar

teaspoon each
sea salt and black pepper

tablespoon
fresh dill
chopped

tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped

kale
finely chopped
Instructions
In a blender, add the greek yogurt, garlic cloves, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add yogurt sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh dill, fresh parsley, and the chopped kale. Add a little fresh pepper to garnish and enjoy!
