Instructions
To the inner pot of the Instant Pot, add the buckwheat groats and water. Stir well to combine.
Seal the lid, and set the Instant pot to Pressure Cook/Manual mode. Cook for 8 minutes. Once finished, allow the groats to naturally release for 5 minutes, then release the remainder of the pressure manually.
Fluff groats with a fork. Stir in optional sides: almond milk, fruit, nuts, cinnamon, or butter, and enjoy!
