- 2 cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dill chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons basil chopped
- 1 green onions sliced
- 1 clove garlic pressed/minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons light sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Cover bowl, and allow cucumber salad to refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Garnish with extra green onion and dill if desired.
