hard-boiled eggs
1/4
cup
cottage cheese
1
tablespoon
mustard
1
tablespoon
sweet relish
chopped
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Sprinkle
paprika
for garnish
Instructions
Hard-boil and peel your eggs. Cut them in half. Place the egg whites on a plate, and the yolks in a mixing bowl.
To the yolks, add the cottage cheese, sweet relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
With a fork, mash the egg yolks and combine all the ingredients together into a smooth filling.
Take about 1 tablespoon of filling, and scoop it into the egg whites. Repeat until all egg whites are filled.
Sprinkle each deviled egg half with paprika.
