This fresh coconut water margarita recipe is a sweet, topical, and refreshing way to kick off happy hour! With coconut water, sweet and sour mix, and tequila - blend or serve on the rocks.

16 ounces coconut water 3 ounces tequila 3 ounces sweet and sour mix 1 lime juiced, plus extra for garnish (optional) 1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to a tumbler. Add ice and shake well to combine.
Take your margarita glass, dip the edges in water or lime juice, and roll the rim in margarita salt or sugar.
Add ice to the glass, and pour the margarita into your salt-rimmed glass, garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy!
