1/2 cup beet greens 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen 1 large banana 1 large apple 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 1.5 cup ice 3 cups water 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on low, and increase speed until all greens/fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
