Toss all tofu ingredients in a bowl, and mix until the tofu is well coated in the corn starch and spices.
If air frying the tofu, place tofu in air fryer basket, and bake at 370 for 26 minutes, shaking the basket half way. (Oven Recipe In Notes Below)
For the Sauce
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender, except the parsley. Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well combined. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and top with parsley.
Once tofu and sauce are finished, you can either dip the tofu directly into the sauce. Or mix the sauce and tofu until it is coated, and enjoy.
Tofu Recipes In 30 Minutes!
This bang bang tofu is ready in about 30 minutes if you use the air fryer, and about 45 minutes if you use the oven. While the tofu is air frying/baking, you can blend the sauce and multitask. Everything will be ready at once. Cook up some rice in the rice cooker, and you have a delicious and flavorful meal ready in no time!

If you don't have an air fryer and want to make crispy tofu - toss together the ingredients for the tofu above, place on a sheet pan covered in parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking time.
