This easy Trader Joe's pasta salad recipe has just 4 ingredients (all found at TJ's) and is bright, refreshing, and simple to make! A tasty plant-based recipe with a tangy dressing, marinated chickpeas, fresh spinach, and orzo pasta.

8 ounces orzo (half package) 6 ounces baby spinach chopped 1 14.5 ounce container Trader Joe's Bruschetta Sauce 1 9.88-ounce can Trader Joe's Greek Chickpeas

Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water so the pasta cools, and set aside.
Wash spinach, and roughly chop it.
In a large bowl, add the chopped spinach, cooked orzo, Bruschetta Sauce, and Greek Chickpeas. Toss well to combine.
Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
