This easy Trader Joe's pasta salad recipe has just 4 ingredients (all found at TJ's) and is bright, refreshing, and simple to make! A tasty plant-based recipe with a tangy dressing, marinated chickpeas, fresh spinach, and orzo pasta.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces orzo (half package)
  • 6 ounces baby spinach chopped
  • 1 14.5 ounce container Trader Joe's Bruschetta Sauce
  • 1 9.88-ounce can Trader Joe's Greek Chickpeas

Instructions
 

  • Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water so the pasta cools, and set aside.
  • Wash spinach, and roughly chop it.
  • In a large bowl, add the chopped spinach, cooked orzo, Bruschetta Sauce, and Greek Chickpeas. Toss well to combine.
  • Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
