Delicata Squash in the Air Fryer

This delicata squash in the air fryer recipe is sweet and flavorful, and simple to make in 20 minutes in the air fryer. Simply toss cut squash with oil, salt, and spices!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium delicata squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the squash: slice the squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and discard them. Slice the squash into rings and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the squash slices, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
  • Add to the air fryer basket in a single layer, and fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, shaking halfway. You may need to do this in 2-3 batches depending on the size of your squash.
  • Once finished, enjoy as a side dish or toss with your favorite pasta.
