This coconut water lemonade recipe has just 5 simple ingredients and is a fantastic refresher for a hot summer day! You can make this drink in 5 minutes, and chill or serve immediately over ice.
In a large quart-sized mason jar or large heatproof serving container, add the sugar and pour in the hot water. Stir with a wooden spoon and allow mixture to sit for 4 to 5 minutes until sugar dissolves.
In the same container, add the coconut water and lemon juice. Stir again, and refrigerate.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slice of desired.
