Equipment

  • Knife
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cantaloupe
  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sliced fruit I used blueberries, melon, and grapes
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional

Instructions

  • Cut a ripe cantaloupe in half, and using a spoon scoop out the seeds.
  • In each cantaloupe half, fill the center with 3/4 cup of cottage cheese (you may need more or less depending on the size of your cantaloupe).
  • Top each half with 1/2 cup of the fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey.
  • To eat, I like spooning a bite of fresh cantaloupe with come cottage cheese at the same time! Eat until the orange cantaloupe flesh is finished, and discard the rind.
