1 cup arugula 1 banana 1 cup pineapple 1 orange 2 dates 2 cups water 1 cup ice 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds optional
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/dates/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
