Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Water optional, to thin

Instructions
 

  • To a medium mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, and seasoned rice vinegar.
  • Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the sauce blends into a creamy and thick sauce.
  • If you sauce is too thick, and you prefer a thinner sauce, thin out the sauce by adding 1 teaspoon of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Toss sauce with crispy chicken or tofu, use as a dressing for noodle salads, or enjoy as dip!
