This Green Juice in a Blender recipe is simple homemade juice that is delicious, fresh, & anti-inflammatory!  Made with apple, spinach, orange, cucumber, parsley, and celery, this juice is blended to perfection. Great for a on-the-go breakfast or a post-workout drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 4 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Start by blending on low speed, the increase to high speed until the smoothie is completely blended.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
