Air Fryer Snap Peas

This Air Fryer Snap Peas recipe makes deliciously light and crispy peas, spiced and roasted to perfection. A fantastic side dish for any dinner, and a great way to use up extra sugar snap peas or snow peas from the garden.  These air fried snap peas are a great side dish, totally irresistible! It elevates snap peas to the next level in just 10 minutes.

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed if possible

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped garlic, garlic salt, and snap peas.  Toss well to combine.
  • Place the peas in the air fryer basket (or air fryer rack, depending on your model).
  • Set air fryer to 400 degrees, and set for 8 minutes.  Halfway through cooking, shake well.
  • Once peas have finished cooking, squeeze fresh lemon juice (and optional parmesan cheese!) over the snap peas, and serve.
