Ingredients
  

  • 3 cucumbers sliced
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt use vegan if desired
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and mix well to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
