3 cucumbers sliced 1/2 onion thinly sliced 1 cup Greek Yogurt use vegan if desired 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
