2clovesgarlic
1/2lemonfreshly squeezed
1/4teaspoonSea Salt
1/4teaspoonBlack Pepper

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
In another pot, heat the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 4 or 5 minutes until the garlic begins to brown, then squeeze in the lemon juice. Add the cooked noodles, and toss well to cover the pasta in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper, and toss in the fresh parsley. Toss well to combine all the ingredients.
To serve, dish noodles in a bowl, drizzle a little extra olive oil and salt/pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley. Mangia!
