Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except the green onions to a blender or food processor, and mix on low speed until the tofu becomes creamy and thick. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a bowl. Fold in half of the green onions into the dip, and sprinkle the other half on top.
  • Dip chips, veggies, or crackers... and enjoy!
