This tzatziki with sour cream recipe is a bright refreshing vegetarian dip made with fresh cucumbers, herbs, & spices.  A great dip or sauce to dollop on grilled meats, shawarmas, dip veggies into, or add to a pasta salad. This rich and creamy tzatziki is simple to make and ready to eat in minutes. Serve with crudité, chickpea shawarmas, or enjoy on baked falafel.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cucumber finely diced
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cucumber, garlic, red wine vinegar, and dill.  Mix together until well combined and the cucumbers are coated in yogurt sauce.
  • Taste and add a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  • Spread on shawarma, lettuce wraps, or a salad, and enjoy!
