1 small head red cabbage shredded or finely chopped, about 6 cups 1/2 small head green cabbage shredded or finely chopped, about 3 cups 2 carrots spiralized or thinly sliced 1 cup vegan mayo 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon agave nectar for sweetness 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
