Place slices of bread on a sheet pan, and place in the oven. Broil the bread over low heat until it is crispy and toasted on each side (my oven is about 2-3 minutes each side). Always watch the bread as your broil it so it doesn't burn.
In a large bowl, mash the avocado, lemon juice, garlic, Montreal steak spice, and chili flakes.
Top each slice of oven-toasted bread with half the avocado mixture, and top each toast with 1/4 cup sprouts, and a sprinkle of salt & pepper.
