Tofu Mayo Recipe

This tofu mayo recipe is vegan, gluten free, and ready in 5 minutes! Blend silken tofu with a few spices for this creamy spread.  I love adding this vegan mayonnaise to sandwiches, creamy salads, or dressings. A lighter version of mayo that is egg free, dairy free, and SO flavorful!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and mix on low speed until the tofu becomes creamy and thick. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
  • Spread the tofu mayo on a sandwich, add to sauces to make them creamier, or enjoy as a veggie dip!
