This dairy free sour cream recipe is vegan and ready in 5 minutes! Add this vegan sour cream to dips, burritos, tacos, or stirring it into creamy pastas. A lighter version of sour cream that is dairy free and SO flavorful!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-ounce package silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and mix on low speed until the tofu becomes creamy and thick. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
  • Dollop on tacos, add to sauces to make them creamy, or enjoy as a veggie dip!
