This vegan walnut fudge recipe is a rich and chocolatey treat and is dairy & refined sugar free! Dairy free, refined sugar free, and made with simple whole ingredients.
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix until the fudge becomes smooth and we'll incorporated.
Fold the walnuts into the mix, saving some to sprinkle on the top.
Place the fudge in the freezer, and slice once it has hardened.

I'd recommend storing this fudge in the freezer or fridge until you are ready to eat.
