This easy delicious oven baked oatmeal makes a perfect warm breakfast that is easy to make ahead the night before. Prep all the ingredients the night before, refrigerate, and bake in the morning for a easy and healthy breakfast treat!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and stir well to combine.
Pour oatmeal into the baking dish and too with sliced apples.
Bake for 45 minutes, and enjoy!

Make Ahead Instructions
If Making the Night Before: Do Steps 2 & 3, then cover the baking dish with foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, heat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes!
