Peanut Butter Cookies (No Flour, GF)

These crazy delicious Peanut Butter Cookies (No Flour, Gluten Free) are so simple to make! Just 3 Ingredients, 20 minutes, and you have fresh hot cookies!

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg or egg alternative


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius).  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Whisk or beat with a hand mixer until ingredients are well combined.
  • Scoop tablespoons of dough, roll with hands, and place on the baking sheet.  I used a melon baller for consistent sized cookies.
  • Once you have placed all the rolled dough balls on to the baking sheet, press down with a fork to form a pattern.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, and remove from oven.
  • Allow 5-10 minutes to cool before eating.
