This Vegan Caesar Dressing recipe is light and creamy, dairy free, and loaded with zesty garlic and herbs - great as a salad or for Caesar wraps! This plant based garlic sauce is ready in 5 minutes in your blender or food processor, and is gluten free. A great addition to a vegan Caesar salad, a veggie wrap, or as a dip for vegetables.

1 12-ounce package silken tofu 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

In a blender, add the tofu, garlic cloves, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and rosemary.
Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the garlic sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh dill and the parsley. Add a little extra chopped parsley to garnish and enjoy!
