This vegan affogato recipe is the perfect night cap for a holiday meal or dessert. Rich and creamy dairy-free ice cream melts into fresh poured coffee. Can I put ice cream in soffee? OH YEAH!

Ingredients

scoop
vanilla ice cream
about 1/3 cup, dairy free for vegan version*

fresh hot coffee
Instructions
Prepare the fresh coffee, whichever method you prefer.
To a coffee mug, add the scoop of ice cream. Pour over 1 cup of coffee and enjoy immediately.
Do not stir, the ice cream will naturally melt as you drink the coffee.

*I used So Delicious brand cashew ice cream, and it was AMAZING!
