This citrus balsamic vinaigrette recipe is a quick and easy homemade dressing, perfect to enjoy on salads all year long! With olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and mustard, this easy dressing is great for salad bowls of all kinds.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 orange juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl (or mason jar with airtight lid), add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, maple syrup or sweetener, orange juice, sea salt and pepper.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients - the dressing will turn thick and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite salad, or refrigerate in an airtight container and use within a week.
