Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 small cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice about 1 large lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, and black pepper (plus nutritional yeast, if using).
  • With a whisk, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Taste, and adjust seasonings, adding more lemon juice or pepper if desired. If the dressing is too thick, you can add 1 teaspoon of water at a time to thin it out as desired.
  • Use immediately to toss a salad, or refrigerate and use within 2 days.
