Preheat your air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile wash the kale, and remove the leaves from the stems. Cut or tear the kale leaves into bite sized pieces. Pat the kale leaves dry with a paper towel.
Place kale in a bowl, and add the olive oil and pinch of salt. Add the lemon, garlic powder, and cayenne. Massage the oil & spices into the kale leaves.
Place the kale into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375 degrees for 3 minutes, shaking the kale leaves half way. Enjoy!
