Dairy Free Brownie Recipe (No Milk or Butter)

This Dairy Free Brownie recipe is rich and fudgy. Made with all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and coconut oil!  They cook quickly and are a perfect fast dessert or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped, optional
  • 1 cup walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the all purpose flour, cacao powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract and mix well to combine. Fold in the walnuts, if using.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and place in a center rack of the oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked fully through. To test, stick a toothpick into the center of the brownies, and if it comes out clean the brownies are fully cooked.
  • Allow the brownies to cook for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy!
