This Instant Pot Navy Beans recipe is a flavorful and easy dish with unsoaked dried navy beans, garlic, and olive oil. Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb navy beans unsoaked (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 cups low sodium vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • To the Instant Pot insert, add the dried beans, garlic, bay leaves, olive oil, vegetable stock, and salt and pepper.
  • Seal the lid, and set to Manual/Pressure Cook mode for 30 minutes.
  • Once finished, allow the beans to naturally release for 5 minutes. Carefully quick release the rest of the steam and remove the lid. Discard the bay leaves and enjoy!
