1teaspoonagave nectaror natural sweetener of choice
1tablespoonhamburger pickleschopped
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Wash and chop romaine lettuce, and divide into 4 different containers (should be about 1 cup of lettuce each)
Cook veggie burger according to package instructions (mine took about 10 minutes to cook). When cooked through, place on top of the lettuce.
Chop tomatoes and pickles, and add to salad.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl, and stir well to combine. Place a small container of the sauce in each salad bowl and pour on top of veggie burger salad when ready to eat!
