This Green Goddess Smoothie recipe is a bright & fresh way to start the day- with kale, banana, oranges, and kiwi for a refreshing breakfast idea. This fruity tropical smoothie will let you rise and SHINE - it's a fantastic way to start the day. This 5 minute blender breakfast recipe is a great low calorie breakfast option, and can be made high protein by adding a scoop of protein powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup kale or spinach you can use the leaves and stems
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 large orange peeled
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1.5 cup ice
  • 3 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on low, and increase speed until all greens/fruit/ice chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
