This Vegan Stir Fry Sauce is a fantastic addition to veggies, crispy tofu, or noodles. Thick, flavorful, and SO simple to make. With a few pantry ingredients you can make a simple stir fry sauce that a little sweet, a little spicy, and totally delicious. I added this sauce to my wok and in just a few minutes we had a fantastic dinner ready in no time.
In a small pot or sauce pan, add the water, soy sauce/tamari, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, onion powder, chili flakes, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, add the corn starch and 1/4 cup cold water, whisk until corn starch dissolves.
Pour the cornstarch mixture into the stir fry sauce, and whisk well to combine.
Pour sauce over stir fried veggies, fried rice, or toss in a wok with noodles. Enjoy!
