This Orange Carrot Smoothie with Ginger is an easy breakfast recipe!  This fruit and vegetable smoothie is a sweet and tasty drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large oranges or four small oranges, peeled
  • 2 large carrots fresh or frozen
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric fresh or frozen
  • 1 inch knob fresh ginger root or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1.5 cup ice
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cups water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/carrot chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
