- 2 large oranges or four small oranges, peeled
- 2 large carrots fresh or frozen
- 1 large banana frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric fresh or frozen
- 1 inch knob fresh ginger root or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1.5 cup ice
- 2 cup orange juice
- 1 cups water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder vegan
Prevent your screen from going dark
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on low, and increase speed until all fruit/carrot chunks are blended and the smoothie is a creamy consistency.
Pour into your favorite glass, sit back, and enjoy!
