This turkey salad with yogurt is a creamy and crunchy turkey salad without mayo! A great leftover turkey lunch recipe as a salad, sandwich, or wrap. This simple recipe comes together in about 10 minutes if you have cooked leftover turkey, and is a delicious meal the whole family will love.
In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped turkey breast, apple, celery Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well and taste, adding more and and pepper if desired.
Add the walnuts and parsley, and fold into the the turkey salad.
Serve over arugula, spinach, or on a wrap and enjoy!
