sunflower oil

honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Peel beets and dice into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place diced beets on the sheet pan. Cover with sunflower oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine so beets are coated in the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, flip the beets halfway during cooking time.
Remove beets from oven, pierce with fork to test doneness. If the beets needs more time, continue roasting for 5 minutes and test again.
