Silken Tofu Aioli

This silken tofu aioli with garlic and lemon is a bright and flavorful dipping sauce for fries, vegetables, or to top a grain or veggie bowl with.  This recipe is an easy 5 minute blender sauce that is loaded with plant based protein and has a creamy dippable texture!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Tellicherry Peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Begin by blending on low speed and work up to high speed until the aioli turns into a smooth creamy sauce.
  • Transfer aioli to a serving dish and garnish with fresh cracked tellicherry pepper. Dip away!
